 CANCELLATION, REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICIES:

CANCELLATION POLICIES: We reserve the right to cancel any order from unconfirmed accounts or accounts that have been flagged as suspicious by the credit card gateway.  We accept cancellations on psychic and tarot readings only, and only if you notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.  You will, however, only receive the amount they remitted to us. We cannot return credit cards 2.5% – 3.0% processing fee. We are unable to cancel any Spells or Ritual services once an order is placed, as we start your ritual prep immediately.

RETURN POLICIES: We truly want you thrilled with your handcrafted spiritual products from Vibes, however, due to the nature of our handcrafted, organic, perishable and ritualized products, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on any product. Please choose your products carefully as they cannot be exchanged, returned, refunded or revised in any way.

EXCHANGE WRONG ITEM POLICIES: Although extremely rare, in the event the wrong product was shipped to you in error, please notify us within 72 business hours upon receipt and we will contact you within 24 business hours to arrange for a replacement at our expense: orders@getvibes.art.

ORDER REVISION POLICIES: Orders cannot be revised once they are placed.
